Positive: Front desk stuff 10/10 Jordian Joseph 10/10 for his professionalism and friendly behavior Pool bartender Abdullah 10/10 The guy who was responsible for the towels and pool chase lounge dont remember his name but he has a yellowish hair and colored eyes 10/10 Food 9/10 House keeping are the best 10/10
Negative: Alcoholic beverages that comes in the all inclusive package 1/10 but Abdullah was trying his best to make the best out of it. Room key cards gets dimagnatized quick 5/10 Cheaf/Cook Ahmed Dahy 2/10 he has an attitude of being impatient listening to your request on how you like your meals get cooked and how to communicate properly with the guest Room bathroom need renovation specially the bedit water pressure Telephones inside the rooms are not working but they have an alternative which is whats app communications with all departments which is good that you can contact them feom anywhere, however Room phone line is still needed for wakeup calls and faster communication and also privacy purposes not to use whats app. I am a regular guest on this hotel since it was Heliton water falls and the reason I am not giving 10/10 for everything is because I wanted it to be the best because I want to keep coming again and again.
